The EU has threatened to detain Viktor Orban from Hungary in a European Court of Justice if he violates the LGBT + law, which the party calls racism.
Member states including Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will lead the Hungarian Prime Minister to the EU summit on Thursday in a law banning homosexuality from appearing in schools for children under the age of 18, according to a number of spies.

In a letter to the justice minister in Budapest sent on Wednesday, EU officials Didier Reynders and Thierry Breton said Brussels “would not hesitate to take action in accordance with its mandate under the Convention”, unless the law prevails. .
The EU has little power to force laws to change, but it can prosecute countries that have violated their agreements with the ECJ. The commission’s letter outlines a number of laws that have been violated by LGBT + law in Hungary, including the EU Convention on the Elimination of All Forms, the rules and regulations of the media, and the rules of the single market.
The commission found that the document states that homosexuals and homosexuals are “equally pornographic and are considered to be at risk of harming children”.
