Like most website authorities, Donald Trump’s blog page is no more. CNBC reports that page, From the Desk of Donald J. Trump, he has closed forever. Trump’s top aide Jason Miller confirmed he would not be returning, and added “it was just a reflection of the great work we have and are working on.” If you can remember, The Trump blog was the answer plan on Facebook at the Oversight Board to condemn the former President’s ban on social media. (The The Superintendent’s Office later approved the ban, but pushed the ball to the Facebook court to make a final decision.)
I hear, starting a blog is hard, so Trump probably didn’t realize the commitment that was going on. After being banned by all Facebook and Twitter, following reports of a riot at the Capitol on January 6, Trump and his party say they are back online with a new way of communicating. The court of barebones was not enough for the money, and Miller later said the Trump administration had something to do with the deal. There are always podcasts with TikTok.
