Does everything in the world understand a little?

Panpsychism and the belief that knowledge is found throughout the universe – not only in humans and animals, but also in plants, plants, and bacteria. Psychologists believe that certain aspects of the mind can be present even in the first place. The idea that knowledge is pervasive is appealing to many in terms of artistic, or even intellectual, ideas. But can it be severely tested? Surprisingly, it probably will. It is because one of the most well-known scientific concepts regarding cognition, additional points (IIT), they share a lot — albeit not all things — of panpsychism.
As an American philosopher Thomas Nagel he said, something recognizes if there is a “something that lives” the same thing in the region in which it exists. The awakened human brain feels like something else.
IIT translates a unique number, integrated mechanical information, written by a Greek letter φ (pronounced where). If φ is zero, the system does not hear anything; Of course, the system is not fully available, because it can be completely reduced by its components. Extras φ, the more the system becomes clear, and the less likely it is. Given accurate and complete descriptions of systems, IIT predicts the amount and type of experience (if any). IIT predicts that because of the structure of the human brain, humans have the highest za value, while animals have fewer (but better) and older digital computers have nothing.
The human value of φ is not fixed. It increases in childhood and in adulthood and may decrease with the onset of dementia and other psychological problems. φ will change as we sleep, growing in dreams and shrinking in deep, dreamless places.
IIT begins to identify the five most important and essential elements of any situation that may arise. For example, the experience is positive (except). This means that the experience is not less than it usually is (just having a blue tune but not the moving sea that brought the message to mind), or no more than it is (i.e., encountering the ocean and knowing the wooden canopy behind you). In its second phase, IIT has five interconnected elements that every system — brain, computer, pine tree, piles of sand — must display to feel like something. The “machines” in IIT are anything that works with them; This can be a logical gateway on a computer or a neuron in the brain. IIT states that the information is limited to system systems with a specific format. In order to make some changes, the system needs to be more integrated – not defined correctly by breaking its components. It must also have the power of start-by-power on its own, which means that the current situation has to stop future nations not just machines, but the whole system.
Given the precise definition of the system, this theory provides a method of calculation φ of the system. More about what happened is this difficult, but the most important thing is that one can, in practice, measure the system as long as one has its own preconceived notions. (We can count chifukwa computers because, since we made them, we understand better. The census φ of the human brain is still counting.)
Controversy over how knowledge is at first sounds like education, but it has real and important consequences.
The methods can be grouped into different categories – one can measure φ a piece of sugar-cube of my brain, or of my whole brain, or of me and all of you. Similarly, one can measure the φ of a silicon atom, a microchip, or a group of microchips that make up a large computer. Conscience, according to this theory, exists in the machines that φ access. It is available on all machines, as well as systems only.
The φ of my brain is bigger than any other culture, yet someone just shares it. That’s why I know. But φ for me and you and less and mine φ or yours kotero, so we are not “connected”. If, however, future technology could create greater connections between my brain and your brain, then such brain connections could form a single mind, divided into four parts of the abdomen.
Similarly, the φ of a smaller computer is smaller than any of the circuits that make it, so the largest computer – even the largest and most powerful – is unaware. The theory predicts that while some form of in-depth learning can pass the Turing test, it could be called a “zombie” – imitating knowledge, but not realizing it.
Like panpsychism, then, IIT sees cognition as an important, essential element of the truth that is stored and can be propagated in the value of life, since any system with zero information may sound like something else. This does not mean that the bees feel fat or make plans on the weekends. But bees can feel good when they return pollen to the hive when it is full of pollen. When the bee dies, it stops seeing anything. Likewise, due to the formation of even a single cell, the way millions of proteins work, it can feel as small as something else.
Controversy over how knowledge is at first sounds like education, but it has real and important consequences. Most obvious, it is important how we think about people who have pages. Such patients may moan or moan uncontrollably but fail to respond to the supervision rules by moving their eyes or shaking their head. Do they have cognitive minds, trapped in their degenerative body, able to perceive but unable to respond? Or does he not know?
Identifying these patients for information is difficult. IIT agents have developed a method that can test a deaf person’s awareness. First, they developed an EEG-type machine that can measure electrical activity in the brain. He then pulls out the brain with a small magnet, and records what happens. They are able to compute arithmetic of perturbational complexity index (PCI).
In healthy people, cognitive function — or in people with brain damage but better cognition — PCI is always at the top of the list. On the other hand, 100% of the time, if healthy people are asleep, their PCI is below (0.31). That is why it makes sense to take PCI as an agent for the presence of cognitive perceptions. If the PCI of someone with a permanent farming component is constantly being tested to keep them under control, we can confidently say that the person is not secretly aware.
The method is being investigated in several medical centers in the US and Europe. Some experiments attempt to confirm the prediction of IIT’s location and the time when the foot tramples information in the human brain, non-human primates, and mice.
In contrast to panpsychism, this phenomenon of IIT can be strongly tested. If they do, scientists will be able to find a way to reduce the risk that has plagued scientists for so long.
