The 2021 Games Rewards the elect have been revealed, and it is safe to say that there are a few clear guides besides the natural eclectic mix. Arkane is changing times Deathloop and Sony multidimensional Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart were two of the most frequently selected titles, carrying each of the five themes that included Game of the Year teams, art, sound and playfulness.
Several other selected names included co-op action platformer It Takes Two, which has been long-awaited Psychonauts 2 and the freedmen Forza Horizon 5. Metroid Dread and Resident Evil Village it also landed on GOTY with a list of what’s going on.
This was also a good year for the game and the opportunity and, at times, important message. Driven by compassion Life Is Strange: True Types made both the nominees for “Games for Impact” and “Innovation in Accessibility”, which blockbusters love Power, Ratchet & Clank and Weeping 6 they too are running for the prize. Game created as a battering fan In Your Presence and introspective No More Home and the recipients of the Games for Impact award. In short, you do not have to look far to get the top positions in 2021.
The awards ceremony will take place on December 9th. There must be frustration and “true?” selects (even trailer Cyberpunk 2077 has some rewards), but the selection seems to reflect the game zeitgeist in the year in which the introduction and sequence were to be heard.
