Chipolo has been making Bluetooth trackers for some time, but its new tags are benefiting from its partnership with Apple. AirTag. Instead of using Bluetooth-enabled devices with other tags such as Tile and other Chip items, this works with Apple Get with my network, which uses real iOS devices out there to help locate your device.
So what makes one Drop different from AirTags? Price, but only. The Chip One One Spot is $ 28, right Apple tags cost $ 29. The disadvantage that distinguishes One Spot apart from AirTags is that it already has a hole, meaning it can go straight to your key without having to buy the essentials.
One location does not look as far as AirTag. It doesn’t look as high-end as the glittering Apple, the metal following tracker. In matte black plastic, the One Spot looks like a sign you can set to unlock a trailer. But I like it – it’s secretive, disrespectful. I don’t want to sign a sign that I can follow up on something lost, or maybe, stolen.

AirTag can be a bit more visual too visible, shiny with the Apple logo screaming. Starting with One Spot is similar to the AirTag experience, which is nice to see from a third-party device. Remove the external security button, find the icon and use the iPhone Find app (yes, with iOS only) to add the item. It will pop up on the screen and you will do well. When you write them down, they will appear on your Items page. From there, you can play audio alerts from One Spot, place them in Lost Path or see where they were last found.
One Spot sounds louder than any AirTag – even Apple recent updates has confirmed this a little. And even if you don’t find where you can find the best seeds that AirTag can do with its U1 device, in my experiment in my home, the Chipolo tracker had a strong Bluetooth identifier. One place is a wonderful idea. Once a great competitor has what you are using, you will get the best, but not all.

Is One Spot better than Apple AirTag? The unfortunate answer is that it depends. Surprisingly, the price difference is so small that it would not make any difference. The noise barrier ensures that the Chipolo type is the key to your keys, but AirTags are strong, able to withstand a great deal of water and dust.
If you are leaning on One Spot, you may want to run to the Chipolo online store, as it commands shipments in August. It seems that most people want to keep their keys – and they don’t want to including drilling to do.
