Leon Black denies allegations that he raped and tortured the Russian nation

Leon Black has vehemently denied allegations that he raped and tortured a young Russian woman, calling the woman’s case a “fake job”, and claiming that the text message and the listener showed that she had “been deceived”.
The billionaire lawyers dismissed his accuser, Guzel Ganieva, as a “fabulist”. He ordered the court to agree with his “bad” and “wrong” complaints, including that he was “happy” to be ridiculed and insulted, and that he did not care “to be seen by other girls, often from Russia”.
The answer shows Black’s black experiment fall Based on a few facts about his life and business outside of Apollo Global Management, a $ 455bn group he founded in 1990.
Black came down from all its locations in Apollo in March, weeks after it was revealed that he had paid the babysitters nearby Jeffrey Epstein $ 158m for financial and other services.
Ganieva filed a lawsuit in June, alleging that Black had “coerced her into sexual misconduct” before ordering her to sign an undisclosed agreement and announcing: “If you do not take the money, I will throw you in jail.”
In a lawsuit filed in New York’s Supreme Court on Monday, Black’s lawyers revealed the existence of tapes that he described as “a strangely different story” – indicating that the billionaire had never said those words.
Black lawyers say they met Ganieva “at a secret party that is thrown out every year by an old friend” and they started a relationship that was “simple, imaginary, and connected”.
“Apparently Ganieva saw a gold ticket,” Black’s lawyer wrote. “He repeatedly asked for things like cheap housing on the Upper East Side. . . luxury car; high holiday. . . education at the school (in practice and at the University); precious stones and clothing; Steinway piano; his $ 40,000 photo (which he hung in his house); and numerous financial gifts, all together with millions of dollars. ”
Monday’s post contradicts Ganieva’s story about what happened in 2014 when she said Black “entered” her home and raped her. Black lawyers say their meeting was a “pre-arranged evening”.
The billionaire “came in real time with the wine, as he was asked, to ‘sleep’ Ganieva in bed”, the lawyers wrote. He added that Ganieva later sent a “thank you and love message” saying: “It was great to see you last night. Now I feel better.”
In June 2015, however, Black’s lawyers claimed that Ganieva had started “what could be described as a shakedown shakedown”, demanded $ 100m and “openly stated that he could ruin Mr Black’s life and talents” unless he paid.
Earlier, Black lawyers claimed that Ganieva asserted that she had “acted like a” woman “and” influenced her misconceptions. . . he said he deserved half of what he earned ”.
But when blacks “said” long-term dating ‘for’ five years ‘was not the same as marriage’, her lawyers Ganieva began to say that she herself was known to be “crazy”.
“You would have given me a job,” Ganieva says. “If you had given me a visa. . . This time. . . I want to tell you and I want to do what I deserve. I deserve to do so. ”
Ganieva’s lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
According to Black lawyers, the two met at the Four Seasons restaurant in New York in October of the same year to finalize the deal. Black has promised to pay $ 100,000 a month for the next 15 years. Black’s inscription states that Ganieva admitted to making “other charges… Under great pressure and now admits that they are not true”, and promised not to prosecute Black for anything that had happened in the past or to reveal anything that could harm his work.
The October meeting was rescheduled. According to Black lawyers, Ganieva took about 12 minutes to review the document. After signing, Ganieva called herself a “wealthy woman”, and the two shared a Grand Marnier soufflé.
Black denies threatening to ruin Ganieva’s life or imprison her. “If a normal citizen has the power to do such a thing,” his lawyers wrote, “it is not clear why the person would force millions of dollars on someone else instead of just doing those things.”
The billionaire said he paid monthly until March this year, when Ganieva posted “insulting tweets” saying Black had tortured him.
Ganieva’s case said the payment came from an account called “E Trust”, an organization she said she had never heard of.
“Frankly,” Black’s lawyers wrote in a note on Monday, “E ‘in’ E Trust ‘represents’ Seizure’.”
