Carriers are expanding a growing list of offerings including sports marketing activities. AT&T has partnered with Google to offer six months of Stadia Pro free admission for new (or new) fiber internet customers as well as wireless subscribers with “appropriate” plans for purchasing or upgrading 5G phones. If you need the equipment to play in the living room, you can also buy a bundle of Stadia Premiere Edition (that is, Stadia Controller and Chromecast Ultra) for as little as $ 20.

The sale will be available from June 9th.

There is not much mystery in mind. For AT&T, this is about driving. You can have the opportunity to upgrade your service if you can see the benefits of bandwidth increase and reduced bandwidth, even if you have no intention of having a Stadia six months later.

For Google, in the meantime, this could lead to a temporary increase in subscribers. It’s no secret that Stadia is facing an uncertain future several leaders are leaving and closure of indoor studio studios. While there is a chance that many AT&T customers will not pay for Stadia, Google may consider the intervention to be appropriate if it does not encourage you at all.
