AMC and Sony offer NFTs to ‘Spider-Man’ ticket buyers

AMC adds love blockchain to the freebies you get with order tickets. The theater chain by Sony Pictures is to give 86,000 NFTs to Stubs Premiere, A-List and Investor Connect members who purchase or reserve tickets Spider-Man: No Return Home show on December 16. Get the code via a special page and you will find one of the 100 designs available through nature Wax blockchain.

You will need to book your tickets via the AMC Theaters page or mobile app if you order before November 29th. If you qualify, you will receive your code on December 22 and will have until March 1, 2022 to apply for NFT.

This is a first for AMC, but not surprising. On top of the company’s existing crypto interest, executive Adam Aron said moviegoers are shareholders was “singing” the NFTs. This can also be thought of as a test – AMC and Sony have found out how many viewers are interested in owning only digital. There is no guarantee that advertising advertising will sell strong tickets, but this can be common if there is enough interest.
