Amazon says it is planning to test the service it can offer and install seats and customer equipment. According to Bloomberg, the company is planning for the first time to launch offers in Virginia and two other markets. It is worth noting that Amazon already offers such items as furniture where someone comes to your home and leaves the item in another room. In some cities, you may also be able to pay contractors through Amazon Home Services your going and setting up your purchase.
As many customers see, the problem is that Amazon does not offer these two services together. That’s Wayfair, Best Buy, Home Depot and any other company that offers a delivery and setting method taught people to wait when they buy big ticket items. With this new offering, Amazon will train drivers to make chairs like mats and install equipment such as washing machines.
Bloomberg says some company drivers are not happy with what the job can mean to them. He fears Amazon will do more unexpected on them I give them insufficient education. They are also worried about getting COVID-19 out of work. In him a final letter to the participants, Jeff Bezos said Amazon should “do a better job for our employees,” but did not address the problem of unrealistic expectations other than to say that the company is not setting “unrealistic goals.” That said, if the report is accurate then it is an important part of the company against Wayfair. In 2019, the seller has crossed the Amazon to become the largest online retailer in the US.
