In short, Ubisoft would need to re-evaluate its efforts to eliminate risky systems if it retains the talent it would need to create the best possible job.
Updates: Ubisoft, in response to allegations of wrongdoing, said “it takes everything seriously and investigated several cases last year under the guidance of other independent authorities to act promptly and effectively based on their results, including warnings, dismissal of manager or dismissal.” in detail, it said “any employee who had a claim and remained at Ubisoft has been misjudged by another person and released or punished accordingly.”
