Overcome by Anxiety? Have a Game You Carry

From today, last summer. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, temperatures are plummeting. Winter is on the way. It’s a good time to go out and enjoy a few days past the winter before the flu. This fall, unfortunately, as in the past, is different for many. Covid-19 disease is spreading, and while more people (but only a few) are vaccinated, communication is difficult. This is why I carry it Nintendo Switch.

Perhaps this needs to be explained. I’m not kidding Worshiper while my friends sit next to me. I am not a monster. The fact that it is accompanied by the utterance of the voice causes a great deal of concern — not only for security reasons, but also because I did not do this. Suddenly, social events seem to require more energy than ever before and extra time takes longer. Having a switchch nearby allows you to have time to connect between events — on the train, waiting for people to arrive. At the moment it is difficult to find time to sit down and watch Netflix for 20 minutes, so having a portable device gives you the opportunity to be taken out of the connected world. It has been very important.

It doesn’t help that nothing is reviving right now. The headlines are dangerous, the epidemic is getting worse, the school is starting again but in a different way (and scary) than it was a few years ago – and this adds to the stress of everyday life. It’s hard to find a time to put it back on because there is no break.

Surprisingly, this is a game-changing time that has become more important than ever. Game Boy, like Taylor Swift, was released in 1989; Coleco football games about a decade earlier. In the mysterious 30 years since, mobile phones have gained the necessary functionality for the game, yet here I am, changing my wallet. Being able to play Worshiper or Beautiful Grove it is very important. Part of the fast-growing genre of sweet, calm games that have come out in recent years, requires less time or attention. Just enough. Now it is difficult to imagine a life without them.

But when my switch battery goes down, I find that the Apple Arcade is also very interesting for this type of game. Because it’s a sign-up process, I can get in and out of the game and I don’t feel guilty when I finish something. Alba: Natural Animal, for example, is an appropriate escape when I explore the realities of the world.

Sometimes it feels awkward or rude to take a break from the world, especially if you’re in a group, and to bring out video games (another reason why mobile games are so fun – no one watches someone else hit the phone with them). But it is important to remember that breathing is not wrong. It does not hide in the ground, but gives itself the tools to deal with it. Knowing how to go about it, as much as you can, is very important right now. We owe it to ourselves – and to each other.
