UK PM faces more revelations of COVID Lockdown party | Coronavirus Plague News

Djokovic drives to Melbourne ahead of visa visa; WHO approves new treatment.

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson is facing further allegations that his office is hosting “stupid parties” while the rest of the country has not been able to integrate due to strict cultural laws.

The latest findings – reported in the Daily Telegraph at the end of Thursday – say there were two separate parties that took place on the night of April 16 last year.

Johnson was forced to apologize Wednesday after it was revealed he had gone to a gathering in his office during the closure of May 2020, but insisted he thought it was a job.

Police have said they will not investigate unless they search inside them and find evidence of wrongdoing.

A summary of recent developments on COVID-19:

  • United States President Joe Biden says his administration has tested more than 500 million COVID-19 tests to combat the spread of Omicron.
  • French teachers have gone on strike over the government’s coverage of the virus.
  • The World Health Organization (WHO) is considering an extension of the global health crisis that was reported on coronavirus almost two years ago.

More about the UK PM Johnson Johnson

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is facing new charges for his office being partying when citizens are told not to gather because of COVID-19.

The Daily Telegraph reports that the most recent meetings took place on April 16 last year – on the evening of Funeral of Prince Philip – although the law prohibits the growth of meetings indoors and out.

Political journalist Tony Diver wrote in the report, “The 10th party was a two-part series hosted by the Queen before the mourning of Prince Philip. The workers drank and in some places danced until dawn.”

Johnson is already under pressure, with some in his party demanding his resignation after admitting Wednesday that he had attended a labor conference at the close of May 2020. He told lawmakers he thought it was a job.

Djokovic acts like a watch falling on an Australian visa application

Tennis legend Novak Djokovic has been playing in Melbourne this morning as the Australian government prepares to announce his plans for his visa.

Immigration officials canceled his visa after arriving in the country last week before the Australian Open tennis match, citing insufficient evidence that he was not allowed to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

The court reversed the decision.

The senior male tennis player is awaiting a verdict on his visa when it will be received from Alex Hawk.

WHO approves new treatment for COVID-19

A WHO expert has added two additional drugs to its approved COVID-19 drug regimen.

The drug baricitinib, which is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, is “recommended” for patients with severe or severe COVID-19, in combination with corticosteroids. Sotrovimab, an experimental drug for monoclonal antibody, has been given “legal advice” for those who do not have COVID-19 but who are at high risk of being approved for treatment.
