Amazon’s Alexa Together childcare service is available today

You can use it Alexa Together to help care for elderly relatives. Amazon is introduced $ 20 per month ($ 199 per year), and a free six-month trial is available for “temporary.” Care Hub users get a whole year free from now until December 7, 2022. Your loved one will need a device to use Alexa, but after that it will be turned off – they get more freedom when you find inner peace.

The elderly relative may have access to an emergency call if he asks Alexa to “call for help,” but Together is very helpful with information. You will receive notifications if your relative calls this line, or just their first contact with Alexa that day. Use a fall sensor from ATS or Vayyar (more aid is coming) and you will hear again if there is an event.

Amazon confirmed that seniors still have their secrets. They should give you permission to help them remotely by adding contacts, reminders and tasks. Any information about Alexa is also anonymous. You will know that your loved one asked you for fun, for example, but you will never know what is playing.

The service is still limited. Amazon does not expect to support a number of providers until early 2022, for example, this will not help if your relatives also want to join. It can be useful if you want the net. If nothing else, it makes sense between this and Halo functions that Amazon wants to be a part of your daily routine – whether it’s yours or someone else’s.
