French right-of-way Zemmour to hold presidential election | Political Issues

French media analyst Eric Zemmour announced Tuesday that he would run for president in next year’s election, adding his own anti-immigration rhetoric. part of critics wants to remove President Emmanuel Macron.

Viewed by critics as a racist but abandoned by his successors as a French national hero, Zemmour has made choices in recent months, although there have been indications that the rapid rise has begun.

His announcement came just hours after Republicans on the right (LR) made their final televised debate ahead of a meeting to elect a candidate for the weekend, with the April 2022 segment now underway.

“I have decided to take our future into my own hands. I have chosen to stand for presidential election, “said Zemmour in a YouTube video weighing anti-immigration warnings and pledging to restore international beauty.

“It ‘s not the time to reform France, but to save,” Zemmour said, adding that most voters “no longer recognize your country.”

Opposing the “decline and depletion” of France, said Macron promised to be something new, but only a “combination of those who led”.

Zemmour’s official announcement, dubbed “The French Trumpet” by others, shows that he believes he has the money to support Macron’s removal and victory over former right-wing leader Marine Le Pen in April’s election tomorrow.

He is due to hold his first campaign rally on Sunday morning in Paris – anti-fascists and organizations have already pledged to hold “Zemmour” protests at 1:00 pm (12:00 GMT) in the French capital.

Zemmour, a 63-year-old linguist, strong and two-legged hate speechist, hopes that his anti-immigrant and Islamic ideology in France will attract conservative activists in a world of racial and religious tensions.

He is one of France’s most famous scholars, citing his name as a warning about the “colonialism” of the Muslim world, whose religion is considered “inconsistent” with French.

Slope support

Opinion polls recommended support for Zemmour went up in September and October and briefly made him Macron’s best enemy, but his popularity seems to have faded last month.

A recent poll ranked Zemmour third in the first round of voting at 14 to 15 percent, down from two to three points since early November, according to an Ifop group survey published in the Journal du Dimanche newspaper on Sunday.

He followed Macron at 25 percent and Le Pen at 19-20 percent. With these goals, they all go to the second race that Macron can win if a vote is held here, the survey revealed.

Zemmour photo poses with middle finger and comment “Real depth!” to an opponent on a trip to Marseille he was captured by his enemies as a sign that his campaign was taking place.

The popular magazine Closer also reported last week that a father of three married children was expecting a baby with his 28-year-old mentor Sarah Knafo – which he described as a breach of privacy, but she did not deny.

Some prominent right-wing members have distanced him from him, and his campaign group says it is embroiled in controversy and domination by young people with no political affiliation.

“I do not support this stand, which has been tarnished and despaired,” former campaign aide Pierre Meurin told L’Express magazine on Monday. “You have to give people dreams, not just blood and tears.”

Competition takes place

Le Pen sounds like he has a new confidence, saying that “the dust is starting to settle” after launching the first publications with his enemy, the son of Algerian Jewish parents who emigrated to France.

For Republicans, a long-running dispute Tuesday from 20:00 GMT over a French 2nd video will be the last of four of the contestants, two votes earlier this week and the winner announced Saturday.

Investigators say the results are open to rivals, including former EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier or right-wing lawmaker Eric Ciotti who is running against former prime minister Xavier Bertrand and Paris Valerie Pecresse.

Macron, whose latest election has predicted a landslide victory, has yet to say who he is but is expected to announce it early next year.
