Android users can now click to pay for a tour of the Bay Area

Residents of the San Francisco Bay Area and visitors can now Android devices pay for riders in 24 locations throughout the region. Apple Wallet to have it Clipper card on iPhone and Apple Watch starting last month.

From today, you can purchase the Clipper card on your Android device or . You can hit up to pay for network riders including BART, Light rail and bus, Caltrain, VTA and boat – all without digging into your pockets or Clipper card bag.

It is worth noting that if you change your Clipper card, you will not be able to use physical color. This can confuse you if your battery runs out. You can also have your own card only one device at a time. Bikesharing and other passports (including Gator Pass University of San Francisco State) are not supported.

If you have a device running Android 5.0 or later and have NFC, you need to add the Clipper card to Google Pay. However, Motorola phones are not supported, e.g. notes. If you are using Android, you need to make Google Pay your wallet app for this to work.

Google is planning to allow online payment assistance in Chicago and Washington DC in the near future. You can do the same in hundreds of cities.
