Not to follow coma , Subaru is finally on his first EV, Solterra, after the AWD crossover appeared at the 2021 LA Auto Show. As expected, Solterra shares many similarities with the upcoming Toyota . The Subaru combination features a 71.4 kWh lithium battery which the automaker estimates will deliver 220 miles at a single cost. Subaru says it is possible to charge a Solterra power cell from dead to 80 percent in less than an hour with a fast DC charger. Dual motors can produce 215 horsepower and 248 lb.-ft of torque.

Solterra comes with Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel-drive system and X-Mode. The following gives a better route to the off-road areas. Inside the cabin, you have a 12.3-inch slideshow that works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Solterra will also showcase the emergence of several new Subaru security technologies. First, there is the 360-degree “Surround-View” camera which the company claims allows people to be more aware of the situation. Second, there is a feature called Safe Exit Assist that alerts occupants when your car approaches while exiting.
Subaru will start selling 2023 Solterra sometime within 2022. The car manufacturer has not announced the final crossover prices, but is expected to start somewhere at $ 39,000.
