He-Man Finds New in ‘Masters of Nature: Revelation’

New Netflix series Lord of nature: Revelation, by Kevin Smith, and the most recent contribution from Powerhouse Animation, which also released Netflix shows Blood of Zeus and Castlevania, PA. Author of scientific fiction Zach Chapman they are believed to be superior to their predecessors.

“I think the animation is over Blood of Zeus– the truth in design, and redevelopment, for most people, “says Chapman in Section 478 of Geek design in Galaxy Podcast. “And as soon as you’re a fan of that movie. War photos, almost, are better and more fun than ever Castelvania. ”

Lord of nature: Revelation takes the He-Man story when he appeared in the 1983 children’s cartoon He-Man is the natural lord. Geek design in Galaxy recipient David Barr Kirtley he was delighted with the show, but was surprised that it went so far from He-Man’s high-profile performances. “I was disappointed that the show seemed to separate the people I remember,” he says. “The first thing I did was that I wanted to see about the He-Man I remember, where he alternated between Adam and He-Man.”

TV writer Andrea Kail he also had a problem with the form of Teela, which comes out as a major part of the series. “He often does this with women, when their lives are good: He was just promoted, he has a good relationship with his father – he just hugs him – and then he finds out that someone lied to him, and it’s like, ‘That’s right. I lose my sword and go out, , ” Said Kail.

But a fictional writer Christopher M. Cevasco he found Lord of nature: Revelation being an excellent blend of old ideas and new ideas. “It wrote all the boxes that I expected to, as someone who loves the 80’s program,” he says. “And I loved the new advice they received from the very beginning. That’s why for me I just think it was the best in the world, and I look forward to seeing what happens next.”

Listen to the full interview with Zach Chapman, Andrea Kail, and Christopher M. Cevasco in Section 478 of Geek design in Galaxy (above). And see some of the highlights from the discussion below.

David Barr Kirtley pa The shell:

“The boy who made Skeletor, as a child, went to a party, and he was in a lonely house, and this corpse that was on the rope fell down in front of him and was afraid of nothing. And he’s like, ‘It’s a real corpse! I know it’s a real corpse.’ was a real corpse. There was an eagle that had died after being shot by police, and no one came to retrieve the body, so the young man at the cemetery decided to have it repaired and paid to come in to see him. And then the believer come and stole him into it, and sold it to festivals or something. It changed hands several times, and eventually people did not realize it was a real corpse, and eventually ended up in this fascinating park. … That’s what inspired Skeletor. ”

Christopher M. Cevasco on He-Man is the natural lord:

“I loved filming the VHS sections, and I reviewed them carefully and carefully about the project I had planned & mdsah; to no avail – when I wanted to make a big contribution to the world, I would go into the details of the world, and the history of different people. Akonda I liked that it was not just to-the-mill art where everything is at the top. With different stages all the time, you find the sections and history behind the characters, and it brings other things, and the relationships that start and the myths of the world continue to grow as they go along. ”

Zach Chapman pa The Beast Man:

“I thought the Beast Man must have been against Triclops for some reason other than, ‘Hey, don’t hurt Evil-Lyn.’ Why his relationship with him? His relationship should have the animals he controls. [The Triclops cult] takes the nano-these machines, and sucks them, and turns them into other machines. That is why the Beast Man, being a beast, being a natural being, has to resist this technical mix with the flesh and destroy the environment. I think it would have been cooler if they had gone that way. At the same time, I feel, ‘You make the person look good, when in fact they may be more fun.’ ”

Andrea Kail on women writers:

“The way I look [Masters of the Universe: Revelation], I looked at history from the very beginning, and it showed me that there is only one female writer, and that the greatest man – for all reasons – is a woman. I don’t understand why you can’t take so many women writers there. And there were no female guides either – they were just two guys. Events on [Power of Grayskull] written this morning, had more women working on the show in the early 80’s than they do on this one. … Here is an invitation for brave women, and it is fine, but we need more women in secret. We need more women who write stories about women. ”
