People Fell In Love With These Wild Wilds demanding a new location in China

In April, a group of 15 Chinese elephants traveled more than 500 miles[800 km]from Pu’er to Kunming in June, gaining many fans along the way.

The cattle, which officials say have arrived in a protected area in southwestern China’s Yunnan, have been migrating in search of food and shelter, although no one knows where they are going. According to Reuters, state security services have doubled the number of wild elephants in the Chinese province of Xishuangbanna, which have doubled since 1978.

More than 150,000 people have been evacuated from the houses where the elephants are walking, but the animals have become local favorites as fans watch how they move. On World Elephant Day on August 12, we see some of the highlights of their journey.
