MC: This is Adam’s last week at WIRED, after 18 years and I have written almost every science article and cultural story you can think of. So Adam, we miss you and thank you for coming back to the last show. Thank you, and we hope to come back when you go to your new item somewhere which I do not care about because it is NOT VIOLENT.
I AM: I am always at your job because of this. I think you all know how much I enjoy doing podcasts with you, and how much I love you as my friends, all three of you as my friends and acquaintances. I’ve had the opportunity to be with a lot of teams, many at WIRED over the years, and I feel a little bit, I’ve been with them, because I’ve been there many times.
That’s why Boone, and Mike, and Lauren, this always fascinates me. And I will say that it is not because you are all cool and very smart, but because you are doing your job honestly and honestly, clearly and professionally, that there are not many people in our field. what you look for most, especially what you reach for, can be expected to crave. So he has been very respectful. I mean that. Being around you almost and seeing you at work, learning from you, has been great.
