The revelation from Stella Moris comes just days after a British court decided to send a WikiLeaks co-founder to the United States.
Prison founder and WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange had a minor problem in his fight to prevent deportation from Britain to the United States, his girlfriend Stella Moris said late Saturday.
Friday, the US government he appealed to the British Supreme Court on the release of Assange, who is facing espionage charges over the publication of WikiLeaks military intelligence documents a decade ago.
Moris, mother of Assange’s two young children, said it took place in late October on the first day of the US government’s appeal against a deportation order.
“Julian Assange suffered a stroke on the first day of the Supreme Court on October 27,” he wrote on Twitter.
“She should be released. Now. ”

In an interview with the British Mail on Sunday, he said the WikiLeaks publisher was suffering and feared a stroke “could be a precursor to a major offensive”.
“Increasing our fears about his ability to survive, this long debate continues,” he added.
“It must be urgently addressed. Watch the animals locked up in cages in the zoo. It shortens their life span. This is what happens to Julian. Permanent court cases can be very stressful. “
The United States has demanded that Assange be held accountable for the release of WikiLeaks in 2010 with thousands of US secret military documents in Afghanistan and Iraq.
U.S. prosecutors have accused Assange of 17 counts of espionage and one count of misuse of computers.
The charges carry a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison.
Continued war of extradition
In January a London regional judge banned Assange’s release because he was in danger of committing suicide if he was deported to the US, seen as a victory by many of his supporters.
However, on Friday, the US government won an appeal, meaning that Assange is now about to be transferred from Belmarsh prison in London to the US.
Assange’s lawyers will take the matter to the Supreme Court.
His lawyers have previously spoken about his long imprisonment in his physical and mental health in order to prevent his dismissal.
Assange served seven years at the Ecuadorian embassy in London until 2019 after pleading guilty to rape charges in Sweden.
He was later jailed for 50 weeks for breaking bail in the case, which was later dropped, but he was arrested for trying to escape.
