What Is Your Favorite TV Starter?

Earlier this week, HBO Max’s The peacemaker finally hit the streaming service. And although we want to hear what you think of John Cena’s DC spinoff (or new Shouting, if you have seen it!), we need to put another aspect of the show: its foolishly well-opened roles.

In the last decade or so, the trends and trends have changed. Instead of sitting 5-15 seconds long or a simple head card, they are fixed and larger, an event for themselves. If they do their job well, they will make you curious and make you feel good enough not to hit the “skip”, or even find a song to add to your Spotify list. In extreme cases, it is a visual disturbance and what you may have in the back when you get a meal or use the bathroom.

There are some basic promotions that will be better known for the way they drive: Game of Thronesthe intro will be remembered for changing its location with each section, as it will be Mad Men and its impressive style. (On the popular TV show, Westworld may have better ways to get started so far.) In some cases, the intro’s greatness is due to its music rather than to the viewers, as it does with Follow-up and Law & Order: SVU. These two ‘successive’ performances would not be the same without Nicholas Britell’s organ work and Mike Post’s killer clarinet.

Downloadable videos often have a better starting point, unless they are allowed to relax a bit with what they can. They can be beautiful and unobtrusive, sweeping pieces of heart, cyberpunk-lite jams you will remember years later. And it is western art: if you watch anime, you are accustomed to opening up get you hype and amazing appearance it’s a song you can’t wait to hear all about.
