One of the Well-known esports industry executives are being investigated for misconduct in the workplace. Staff here and former and sports professionals have criticized the founder and CEO of Team SoloMid, Andy Dinh, for insulting and harassing them, sources told WIRED. Dinh, 29, has been head of the esports organization since 2009 and is well known in the esports community with his sporting support “Reginald.” In 2020, Forbes name TSM is the most valuable esports company, with a net worth of $ 410 million. “He is like a bully who is not a bad person because he is strong, because people are afraid to fight him,” he said. Four people who have worked with TSM tell WIRED that the esports organization is governed by a culture of fear. At times, he shouted insults at employees in front of colleagues who had gathered together as part of a “demonstration,” said one modern-day worker, so Dinh seemed to be proud.
